In response to this tragic loss, his daughter, Nina Tajerha, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to help support Mehran’s wife, Rene Tajerha, during this difficult time. The family is struggling with the overwhelming costs associated with his passing, including bringing Mehran’s body back to Massachusetts for funeral arrangements.
Nina expressed her grief and gratitude in a heartfelt message on the fundraiser page, stating, "This left our family with extreme heartbreak. He was our world. If you knew my dad, you knew he would give you the shirt off his back if he could. From his weird jokes and always trying to make people smile, he was a one-in-a-million type of man. He is so deeply missed."
The fundraiser, which began recently, has raised $425 out of its $10,000 goal, with donations from generous individuals such as Dru Wallace, who contributed $25, Samantha Dennett, who donated $100, and an anonymous donor who gave $300.
The family is reaching out to the community for support, asking people to share the fundraiser and donate if possible. Nina added, "While we take care of bringing my father home to Massachusetts, I am praying that if you even have a little to help ease her pain of all of these bills adding up from my father’s passing.
