Toledo, Ohio – The Toledo Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Jerome Hornbeak, who has been reported missing from the 200 block of North Fearing Boulevard.
Jerome was last seen wearing an orange and green shirt. He is described as being 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
The community has expressed growing concern for Jerome’s safety. Authorities are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111, either by calling or texting.
