Lami, Fiji – The Fiji Police Force is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 20-year-old Sereana Vunilawa, who has been missing since May 23, 2024. Sereana was last seen leaving her home with a friend, and her family has been unable to reach her despite numerous attempts.
The situation has become increasingly concerning as a missing person’s report was officially lodged at the Lami Police Station on August 25, 2024, over three months after her disappearance. The delay in reporting has added to the stress and worry for her family and the community.
The Fiji Police Force has asked anyone with information about Sereana’s whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 919 or the Southern Division Command Center on 9905 529.
The case has generated significant concern on social media, with many expressing their hopes and prayers for Sereana’s safe return. Jale Walker Gavidi posted, “Isa my prayers for safety and may the Lord bring comfort over her family and sustain them through this trying times. May the Guardian Angels watch over & guide her home – Amen.”
Other individuals have commented on the situation, with Mojie Naulu noting, “She left home on the 23rd of May and it’s like 3 months now,” and Jay Lomax advising, “Be patient.”
