80-Year-Old Charles William Adams Dies in Salisbury Shooting; Community Mourns His Loss

Salisbury, North Carolina – Charles William Adams, an 80-year-old resident of Salisbury, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on August 10th, 2023, at 128 Rowan Mills Road. The authorities responded swiftly to the scene, finding Adams with fatal gunshot wounds. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead on-site.

This shocking event also involved a child who was critically injured in the same shooting. The child was initially taken to Novant Hospital before being transferred to another facility for further treatment. The child remains in critical but stable condition.
