St. Austell, Cornwall – Carole Ann Read, a cherished member of the St. Austell community, passed away peacefully at her home on August 22, 2024, at the age of 80. Carole was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to many. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, David Read.
The family has announced that a funeral service will be held in her honor at Glynn Valley Crematorium in Bodmin on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Cancer Research UK, reflecting Carole’s enduring commitment to helping others.
