Donegal Town, Ireland – Elizabeth Cave, a resident of Donegal Town, has tragically passed away following a serious car crash that occurred on Sunday. Elizabeth, née Coburn, was one of three individuals involved in a collision on the N56 at Inver Glebe, which took place shortly before 9 a.m. on Sunday. She was rushed to Sligo University Hospital with severe injuries but, sadly, succumbed to those injuries earlier today, Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
The local community is deeply saddened by the loss of Elizabeth, who was well-known and cherished in Donegal Town. Gardai are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the crash to come forward with any information that might assist in their investigation.
