Grahame Anthony Hooper Passes Away After Short Illness, Family Seeks Support for Funeral Costs

England – Grahame Anthony Hooper, a beloved family man, passed away yesterday afternoon at 5:15 p.m. after a short illness. He was surrounded by his closest family members as he departed peacefully. Grahame leaves behind seven children, three step-children, and numerous grandchildren, along with a wide circle of extended family and friends.

Grahame’s passing has left his family in a challenging financial situation, as he did not have the resources to cover the expenses associated with his funeral. In response, his daughter-in-law, Zoe Hooper, has organized a fundraiser to help the family manage the costs. The fundraiser has so far raised £100 of the £5,000 goal through six donations.

Zoe expressed her deep gratitude on Facebook, saying, "Please help myself, my husband, and his family with funeral costs for my father-in-law, who sadly passed away at 5.15pm yesterday afternoon. I will never be able to repay this, but please know that I will be eternally grateful from the bottom of my heart."

Friends and acquaintances have shared their condolences and support online. Sophie Denise Lawrence posted, "Ohh Zoe and Gareth Hooper, I’m so sorry for your loss. Anything you need, just let me know." Another friend, Kris Rothon, added, "So sorry for your loss, Gareth Hooper. Thinking of you all."

Zoe responded to these messages with heartfelt thanks, emphasizing the family’s need for support during this difficult time. The family hopes to raise enough funds to give Grahame the farewell he deserves, with any additional donations to be shared among his children and step-children.

The funeral date has yet to be set, but Zoe has assured that all details will be shared once confirmed. The family extends their gratitude to anyone who can offer donations or kind words during this challenging period.

Grahame Anthony Hooper’s memory will live on through the love and support of his family and friends.
