Danville, IL – Harlan Tyler Hutchinson, affectionately known as Tyler, passed away on August 23rd at the age of 29. His sister, Angelina Hutchinson, shared the heartbreaking news, noting that Tyler fought valiantly before finding peace.
Tyler was cherished as a loving brother, son, boyfriend, and friend. He was eagerly anticipating the birth of his first daughter, expected in February, and was excited to embrace fatherhood. Known for his generous spirit, Tyler made the selfless decision to donate his organs, helping others even after his passing.
In honor of Tyler’s memory, his family plans to cremate his remains, with his ashes being shared among loved ones and planted with a tree on their family property—his favorite place. The family is organizing a plaque and other tributes to ensure Tyler’s legacy endures.
To cover the expenses related to Tyler’s final wishes and provide for his unborn daughter, the family has launched a fundraiser. As of today, $339 has been raised out of a $1,850 goal through seven donations.
Angelina expressed her gratitude for any support and asked for continued prayers during this difficult time. Donations beyond the funeral expenses will go towards caring for Tyler’s daughter once she is born.
