San Antonio, Texas – Joseph Rubalcaba, 41, was tragically found deceased on Saturday morning in the backyard pool of his North Side home. The incident occurred in the 5300 block of Maple Vista, near Judson Road, in the Vista neighborhood, just south of Loop 1604.
Rubalcaba’s wife discovered him unresponsive, floating in the pool shortly before 9 a.m. Despite her efforts and the assistance of a neighbor who helped pull him from the water, they were unable to revive him. Emergency medical services arrived quickly but pronounced Joseph Rubalcaba dead at the scene.
