Joseph Snavely Among Three Victims in Fatal Hatboro Car Crash on County Line Road

Hatboro, Pennsylvania – In a tragic incident on Friday night, 31-year-old Joseph Snavely from Southampton was one of three individuals who lost their lives in a devastating car crash on County Line Road in Hatboro. The accident, which took place around 10:30 p.m. near Park Avenue, involved multiple vehicles.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identities of the deceased as Joseph Snavely, 31-year-old Gabrielle Sims, also from Southampton, and 69-year-old Anne Swoyer from Hatboro. According to the Coroner’s Office, two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while Snavely, who was severely injured, passed away later at the hospital.

The crash occurred when Snavely, driving a Chevy Camaro, crossed into oncoming traffic, striking a Nissan SUV driven by Swoyer. A Hyundai, which was traveling behind the Nissan, was also involved in the collision. The Hatboro Police Department reported that one vehicle was found overturned upon their arrival at the scene following an initial crash report at 6:35 p.m.

The cause of death for all three victims was determined to be multiple injuries sustained during the accident. A woman who was a passenger in the Camaro remains in critical condition, and two other individuals suffered injuries in the crash.

Local law enforcement, fire, and EMS teams, along with the Coroner’s Office led by Janine Darby, are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident. Further details are expected to be released as the investigation continues.
