Millinocket, ME – Katie Grant is facing an unimaginable loss after the tragic death of her 18-year-old son. In response, her family and the community have come together to support her during this difficult time.
A GoFundMe campaign has been organized by Jennifer Foster, Katie’s cousin, to help cover funeral costs and other expenses. As of today, the fundraiser has raised $220 out of its $6,500 goal, with three donations already made. The donations include $100 from Canaan Marble, $20 from Ella Bernier, and another $100 from Cassandra Carmody.
The fundraiser was created to ease the financial burden on Katie Grant as she navigates this period of mourning. Jennifer Foster, along with Katie’s sister Jamie Goodwin, is spearheading the effort, encouraging others to donate or share the fundraiser to spread the word.
