Longtime Bingo Player Janet Powell Passes Away, Leaving Community in Mourning

Janet Powell, a beloved member of the community and a longtime participant in local bingo events, has sadly passed away this week. Her passing has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew her and enjoyed her company at the bingo tables.

Janet was well-known for her vibrant personality and the joy she brought to others. A regular at bingo games, she was affectionately remembered for her playful interactions, particularly for her light-hearted “yelling” about bonanza cards, which many recall with a smile.
