Memphis, Tennessee – In a devastating incident that shook the Hickory Hill neighborhood of Memphis on Tuesday night, three women, including Keke Shekila, lost their lives in a horrific five-car pileup. The tragedy unfolded following a police pursuit of a juvenile driver, which spiraled out of control and left the community in mourning.

The Memphis Police Department reported that the chain of events began around 9:50 p.m. when officers attempted to stop a vehicle near the intersection of Getwell Road and Cottonwood. The juvenile driver, defying police orders, sped away, leading to a high-speed chase. The pursuit took a fatal turn when the fleeing vehicle ran a red light near Kirby Parkway and East Raines Road, triggering a devastating collision that claimed the lives of Keke Shekila, Patrice Nadine Hughes, and Dani Pee.
