Pueblo, Colorado – The Pueblo Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating three-year-old Skylar Carroll, who has been officially reported missing. Skylar was last seen by her grandmother on July 26, and concerns are growing about her safety.
Skylar is described as standing 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 20 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. Authorities believe she may be in Colorado Springs with her mother, Monica Paradise, amid a custody dispute. However, police have not disclosed the reasons behind their alert or why the child is now considered missing a month after she was last seen.
The Pueblo Police are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Skylar or Monica to contact them immediately at the numbers provided.
Community members have taken to Facebook to express their concerns and confusion regarding the situation. Kathy Nicholls commented, "Thanks for not calling her a juvenile like the PD page did." Angela Prater questioned, "July 26th was a month ago? Has she not been heard from in a month?" Brendan Flynn simply added, "Hmmm."
As the search for Skylar continues, the community remains on edge, hoping for her safe return. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pueblo Police dispatch at 719-553-2502 or Detective Julee Quintana at 719-553-3384.
