Caleb, described as a Black male, standing 6’1" tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, is known to frequent areas in Culpeper, Stafford, Woodbridge, and Dumfries, including unhoused encampments. Despite the ongoing investigation, it remains unclear whether Caleb’s disappearance is voluntary or the result of foul play.
The police have now classified Caleb as an endangered missing adult, prompting an intensified search effort.
