Brazil, Indiana – Richard C. Summers, a longtime resident of Brazil, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home on August 26, 2024. He was 79 years old. Richard was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his passing.

Born on October 1, 1944, Richard was the son of Floyd and Wilma Bloomfield Summers. After attending Brazil High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961 and was stationed in Europe, where he served his country with dedication.
