Ventress, Alabama – Antonius D. Blount tragically lost his life on August 21, 2024, after being fatally stabbed. The incident occurred at Ventress, and news of his death has left his family and community in shock. Antonius, who had recently turned his life around by embracing his faith in Jesus Christ, was living peacefully with his four children, Alani, AJ, MyAsia, and Legend.

Antonius was known for his generosity, big heart, and dedication to his family. He was a regular at the gym and had a vision for a healthy lifestyle, always striving to be the best for his children.

The cost of transporting Antonius’s body from Alabama to Georgia, along with burial costs, has exceeded $12,500. The family is reaching out to the community, asking for donations to help them lay Antonius to rest with dignity and peace.

The fundraiser, which was launched on August 27, 2024, has so far raised $105 out of a $16,500 goal, with contributions from Robert Copeland and Aaleah Lee. The family is appealing for further support from anyone willing to help, emphasizing that Antonius would have done the same for others in need.

The funeral is expected to take place within the next six days, and the family remains hopeful that the community will come together during this difficult time.
