Adams County, Mississippi – Authorities and the local community are urgently seeking information on the whereabouts of Lawerence Daniel Baker, who has been reported missing. Concerned residents and officials have been actively spreading the word to aid in the search.
Baker is described as being in fragile health, suffering from diabetes and heart disease, which has raised significant concern for his well-being. Those close to him emphasize that he is a danger to himself and others, particularly in his current state.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Adams County Emergency Management, Adams Search and Rescue, and Mississippi Wildlife and Fisheries, are involved in the search efforts. She mentioned, "If y’all see him, contact the police. He is a danger to himself and other people. He’s also diabetic and has heart disease; he’s really fragile."
Swaye also expressed concern about the effectiveness of circulating Baker’s recent photo, stating, "He don’t even look like that anymore, that helps absolutely no one. I had to look twice to realize who it even was."
The Adams County Emergency Management Agency posted a missing person alert on Facebook, asking the community to remain vigilant and assist in locating Baker. Dr. Neifa Hardy, the Public Information Officer for the Adams County Emergency Management, thanked the community for their support and urged anyone with information to reach out to the appropriate authorities.
