Wichita Resident Kristine Booth Passes Away at Age 30, Family and Friends Mourn the Loss

Wichita, Kansas – Kristine Booth, a beloved resident of Wichita, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2024. The news of her death has left her family and friends devastated, as they come to terms with this profound loss.

Kristine, remembered as one of the sweetest people by those who knew her, has left a lasting impact on her community. A GoFundMe fundraiser has been organized by Joe Wahl to assist with the funeral costs, which have taken the family by surprise. The fundraiser, titled "Kristine Booth Family Assistance," has raised $315 out of an $8,000 goal so far, with contributions from seven donors.

Joe Wahl, who organized the fundraiser, shared his heartbreak, stating, "Today, I received the call no parent wants to receive. Our loving daughter, Kristine Booth, passed away on 8/25/2024. We are all devastated by Kristine’s unexpected loss and were not prepared for the cost of a funeral service. We want to give Kristine the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes."

Several people have expressed their condolences and memories of Kristine on Facebook. Tayler Hord wrote, "So sad to hear this, Kristine Booth is my nephew’s aunt on his dad’s side, and she was one of the sweetest people. If you have the means to make even a small donation to help cover the funeral costs, I know it would mean so much to my nephew and his family. Sending my love to all of those affected by this."

Donations to the fundraiser have been steadily coming in, with contributions from individuals such as Lindsay Abshire, Joey Booth, Charles Gertz, Bridgett Hopkins, and Christine Taylor, among others.
