Winder, Georgia – The community of Winder is grieving the unexpected loss of 18-year-old Connor Ghawi, who tragically passed away on Saturday night. Connor, a recent graduate of Winder Barrow High School, was well-loved by friends and family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and warmth.
Connor’s friend, Ashley Griffeth, expressed her sorrow in a heartfelt Facebook post, stating, “This is a hard post to write. Last night, one of Jackson’s best friends passed away. Connor and Jackson’s friendship began in little league and lasted throughout high school. For years now, he’s been a familiar face at our house and will be greatly missed.
