Brian Trevino, Moriarty, NM—The community is grieving the unexpected loss of Brian Trevino, who passed away on August 15th, 2024. Brian was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend, whose kind and quiet nature made a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. His sudden departure has left a significant void in the lives of his loved ones.

Brian’s life was marked by his deep passion for art, digital creation, and skateboarding, but above all, he cherished being a father. His artistic talents and gentle demeanor drew many people to him, and his legacy is one of creativity and love. Tragically, Brian was preceded in death by his two brothers, making his loss even more heartbreaking for his family.

In the wake of this tragedy, Zoe Thompson has organized a fundraiser to support the costs associated with Brian’s funeral. The community has already begun to show its support, with $875 raised out of a $10,000 goal. Donations have been made by several individuals, including Marc Thompson and Alec Estrada, who contributed $100 each, and Julia Kirk, who donated $50.

Many in the community have also shared their condolences on social media. Amanda Harris expressed her sorrow, writing, "R.I.P Brian Trevino." KymberLee Voss added, "Anything helps," echoing the sentiment that every contribution counts in this difficult time.

The outpouring of support for Brian’s family during this time reflects the love and respect he earned from those around him. The family appreciates any help in covering funeral expenses and is grateful for the donations and kind words shared by friends and community members.
