Matthew Ferranti, Staten Island, NY—The Staten Island community is mourning the unexpected loss of Matthew Ferranti, a cherished son, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend. Matthew was known for his infectious laughter, his ability to brighten any room, and his immense capacity for love. Those who had the privilege of knowing him found him to be a source of joy and positivity, someone who made everyone around him smile.

In the wake of his passing, the community has rallied together to support his loved ones during this difficult time. A fundraiser organized by Juliet Lanza has been set up to assist with memorial and funeral expenses. So far, $1,240 has been raised out of a $10,000 goal, with 13 donations made.
