Mike Oren, Springfield, OH—The community is deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Mike Oren on August 17th, 2024. Mike was known for his warm personality and his close ties with family and friends. His death has left a significant void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
Denise Cooper, a close relative, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the funeral expenses. The goal is set at $7,500, but so far, only $10 has been raised, thanks to the kind donation from Kenneth Taylor. Denise also mentioned on Facebook that those who are not comfortable donating through GoFundMe are welcome to contribute directly to Jones Kenny Zechman, the funeral home handling Mike’s services.
Jake Jason Cooper, another family member, expressed his grief on Facebook, commenting, "Sorry mom, this sucks," to which Denise replied, "It sure does." The emotional toll on Mike’s family is evident as they navigate this difficult time without the financial security that life insurance might have provided.
The community is encouraged to support the family, whether through donations or by sharing the fundraiser to reach a broader audience. Every bit of support is greatly appreciated as the family strives to give Mike the proper funeral service he deserves.
We are deeply saddened to learn of Mike Oren’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this challenging time.
