Robert Jay Collins, Enville, TN—The community is mourning the unexpected passing of Robert Jay Collins, who died on August 17, 2024. Known as "Jay" to his loved ones, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Jay was a disabled veteran who served the United States Army with dedication for 16 years, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.

Jay’s passing has left his family and friends devastated, and they are struggling to cover the unexpected costs of his funeral. To honor his memory and say their final goodbyes, the family is seeking assistance through a fundraiser organized by Cass Zimmerman, Jay’s sister. The goal is to raise $15,000 by August 31, 2024, to afford the necessary funeral services.

As of now, the fundraiser has not yet received any donations. The family is appealing to the community and beyond for support during this challenging time, hoping that contributions will help them honor Jay in a manner befitting his service and life.
